today had training again.
did weights in the morn while juniors ran.
then then went paddling,
did a triangle competition?
sibei tired can.
wha the distance so long, i almost cannot tahan.
then the juniors in front sometimes timing wrong if not they tired then,
stopstopstop paddling.
After that taught juniors technique,
paddled a while more then went back to land and did weights again.
went to bathe in the pavillion after everything.
then went jp wif zoe,joey and jasmine. :D
oh, ytd when jasmine asked pk to bring for her weights on saturday
he said he have stm
then then heard that when jasmine said "wait a while i write something for u" then irene said " wha love letter ar"
then pk's face like very happy.
After that when jasmine came back and wrote bring weights on a paper,
pk's face like unhappy liao.
HAHA. i think pk too excited that jasmine want to give him love letter.
